I got a daisho from the netherlands a few years ago as a present (for a few hundred euro) and what to say? The swords from the NL were not only ugly but also fell into pieces when I made a few faster attacks with it.
So it is good to know someone who is doing a great work
I have few ideas for naginata, but need to do some parts for it. In my mind I have pictured blade like katana sword and staff, what I can put in 2-3 parts. Just to make it easier to move around with it. I know that in the real naginata staff is in one piece and.. wiki tells a lot of it. Maybe sooner than later I can make it, but not really promising anything, as my to do -list is still too long
lol.. You should know, that I started to do swords by doing Katana styled swords. I like Japanese weapons and rarely anyone could "force" me to do certain styled weapon So relax, friend.
I have made sure that this one will not fall into pieces in his hands and of course it's as dull as every sword (done by me) are. Still parents should look after a little bit.

I try to make sure that my swords can handle "few faster attacks" and still can be dissemble into pieces. I'm glad that you like my swords
and your swords are looking great - and still curious about the naginata
