This one took some time to do. My new toy (tiny CNC machine) made most of these details possible and I'm happy with the results.

Total weight is 2.5 Kg
Every part is made from aluminium, just more parts are painted than I usually do, but now it was needed. Some regular black and silver colors and blade of the sword painted with candy gold. So it's more like lacquered than painted. It's looking nice and big thanks to my friend who painted the blade.
It's now shipped out and hopefully soon be in hands of it's new owner.

I was planning on building a makeshift Ragnell myself for my Ike cosplay, but now you've got me interested in this. How much would you charge to make another one of these??
I'm just nervous that A-kon in Dallas might not allow me to tote this around. Their rules are very vague.
