Sauron's Mace. Sinister weapon. I think that I won't do another one. At least with this composition. "Blades" are 10mm thick and it took some time to cut them and do other modifications.

Total length is 89 cm. This really feels heavy and it kinda makes you to feel the urge to bash it into someones skull.

Like always, I have used aluminium and pine wood 25mm bar, stained black.

So.. Where's MY RING!?!..

head looks kinda puny to me :)

It's a mace, not a War Hammer nor a flail of Witch King. Remember that it's another thing to look at it from the pic, than hold it on your hand. Thanks for your input.

just comparing it to this... [link]
maybe the perspective is off in your picture?
otherwise it looks like the head is about 50% to small.

That "head" is a bit wider and 1/4 longer than mine.. but I don't even try to make 1:1 weapons from movies/etc.. Sauron's mace what I have made, is big enough for it's purpose.

well, the most important thing is:"is the center of gravity on the head?"

i love that weapon!

Thanks! It doesn't matter where center of gravity is, when you are holding this.. brutal weapon. I had to put this away, so I don't get any "good ideas" to smash something to pieces with it. This was nice project.
